FLOW
FLOW stands for Fun Loving Oldies Workout. This class takes place at St Aidan's every Wednesday between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. There is an instructor from Activity Sheffield and activities include chairobics for 45 minutes and games such as skittles and curling for another 45 minutes.
The group is friendly and happy, and they have a lot of fun. New members are welcome and the cost is £2.50 per session towards costs of the class and refreshments.
